This is what we call Business Cycle in economic term and a full circle of Greed which leads to a free fall .... in laymans language.
So what should we do?
in these times where the future is gloomy.life is hard ,Things are not falling in place .. plans are scraped ...
The only thing can be done is stay focused and sharpen your swords for next uptrend..
Now that the greed has taken toll on the global economy and life is becoming hard day by day...
The SUN will rise one more time ... and we should be ready to take leap at the first ray of new begining .
The one who will survive this storm ... will live for ever ...
as the worst conditions are the best teachers ...
We surviving this storm will certainly form a strong foundation for generations to come ...
and for us Newtons law to
"Every ACTION has opposite reaction .....
This is perfect storm......

and form strong foundation......

Profits are Corporatized and Losses are Socialized.....

Last 2 months being very dreadful for all investors ( I mean retail ones).Total massacare .....

No body would have imagined this indices levels in such a short span of time....

Thanks to the pull out of FII money from the market ( as of today there are still $50Bilions in the market.). Thanks to Wrong use of "DERIVATIVES "& " Complex Financial Instruments".

As an investment destination we were sucessfull to attaract investors but failed to retain those in critical financial crisis, Hope government learns the lesson and manage the investment flows ( in or and Out) in proper manner.

So what went wrong this time?

Economic fundamentals? ------- No

Its the greed and to control the money markets across the world...

One thing is for sure for these companies ------ if u try to become larger than what u can handle ... your end is visible....

The mess created by these financial gients clearly shows the consequences of "Extreme Capitalism" adopted by US Government in last 8 years.

When all the companies were making money , the same was used for WAR AT IRAQ and when it comes to fund them now we are rescuing them at the cost of tax payers . The bailout packages for funding these comlanies should be used to natilnlized there charter.Nationlization is the only punishment for these financial gients.

Now the Impact of the same can be judged in comming 12 to 15 months .

The slow down in the economy , Ressission , lay offs .

The action of RBI to manage liquidity are not enough to cater the problem in the economy...

Its the flow regulation and utilization of the excess liquidity made available in the market are the key componants.

Individual Social Responsibility ----- Need of Hour

Yesterday i was thinking to my self .. what have i done in last 15 years (let go off first 10 years to understand what we can do) !!! . ? I was evaluating my self on various parameters which i felt is one of the most easiest & difficult thing to do .because u have to set bench marks for evaluation & u have to judge your self rationally.Its like person playing chess alone .. This is where our rational behaviour is on test.u clear it u win if u r not able to u need obvious improvement in thinking process.

The result was not very much in line with my expectations ...

One parameter where i felt i am a big "0" Was

Social Contribution --- ?

& i felt i have to do something for that

Now all the companies are require something in return to society for using the resources very extensively which we call as CSR .. Corporate Social Responsibility...

On the same parameters ,i thought why cant i go for ISR --- Individual Social Responsibility!

Let's get involved in any social issue around us & do something about it ...

Initially i felt that to be very difficult but then i changed the way at looking the things ...

& Hurrah.... I found the way

So what was necessary ... my attitude towards the problem,

If i had that let go attitude .. probably i could never had this thought in my mind.

When a social problem is "HIS / HER" problem , The way to reach its solution is pretty difficult.. but when it becomes "OUR " problem ,The power of Joint efforts helps changing the things pretty rapidly.

So how we can contribute our society ? Let it be in any form..

Yesterday I had a long conversation with one of my very good friend ..
She was so frustrated of CA studies... This is the stage every CA student goes through..myself being no exception to that..
but finally petiance pays as always..
just need to focus on our goals and carry your mind frame accordingly. and when u can do that and control your mind ... you are magician and i believe no body in the world knows the power , what a open mind can do .. It can do wonders for itself & for others also.
Infact new add of PEPSI also gives motivtion ( final line which ranabeer says ) "चाहो तो सब कुछ है आसान !
some times life is very very hard to understand . u have to make way to live it . when u feel u r defeted ,u need to just rise like phoenix . for that u have to believe in yourself . There might be many things which will distract u .. but if u are focused on your goals ... & very firm , u will win.
and this is the ultimate game which everyone of us plays .rather life forces us to play.
Defeat is not when u try, but is for sure when u feel the efforts are worthless. believe me people nothing on this planet earth is waste ... whatever u do it gives hand at some point in time in your life.
